Abstract Submission
Abstract
The abstract should be one page of A4 size paper. Please use the TeX sample file or WORD file.
Important Dates
- The submission site will open on February 20, 2019.
- The deadline of the submission of the title is March
1525 (extended)31 (extended again). - The deadline of the upload of the abstract is April 5 (extended again).
- Notification of acceptance will be sent to the authors by April 30.
Submission
Please follow the instructoins of submission described below. Our submission system includes some Japanese. We apologize for inconvenience this may cause.
- Before submitting your abstract, please go to this website.
- Fill the information on your abstract (Required items are indicated by red character "必須").
- Click the button "確認" (which means "confirm"); see the figure below.
- After confirming the information you provided, click the button "送信" (which means "send"). Please ignore a Japanese message displayed on your screen after you click the button. You will soon receive a mail from the organizing committee (uor-admin _at_ nanzan-u.ac.jp); see the figure below.
